If you are a provider or a provider agency, the following sample messages can be used to share the Telehealth Tips website with colleagues via phone, email, text, or Twitter.

Consider using the following language:

The Telehealth Tips website helps New York City families and providers transition to telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The tips were developed with and for providers and families receiving mental healthcare or social services remotely. 


Providers and advocates can share the Telehealth Tips for Families page to answer common questions families may have about setting up their technology and preparing for a virtual session. Providers can also use the Telehealth Tips for Providers page for guidance on delivering quality telehealth during the pandemic. The site was designed so that each section can easily be emailed or texted.


The Telehealth Tips website is a part of Family Pathways to Care, a partnership between the NYC Administration for Children’s Services, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity, and the Public Policy Lab.

Families can use the Telehealth Tips for Families page to find answers to common questions about setting up their technology and preparing for a virtual session.
